During your first appointment, you will be meeting with a medical provider who has a special interest and training in transgender health.  Your provider will review your health history and order any necessary lab tests.  It is important to provide medical records outlining your current treatment plan and medication dosages.  A letter of support from a mental health professional is not required for initiating or maintaining hormone therapy.

Regular follow-up appointments are needed to monitor the effects of hormone therapy, manage any potential side effects, and ensure your well-being. Our healthcare providers will work with you to address any concerns, adjust dosages if necessary, and provide ongoing support.
